One sunny afternoon in Birmingham, Karan and Mudit found themselves enjoying a table full of diverse dishes—from wings to churros—when they noticed the mess of plates, cutlery, and hands. As passionate food lovers and aspiring entrepreneurs, they realized there had to be a simpler, cleaner way to enjoy such variety.
That's when the idea struck: bowls. Bowls that are easy to hold, customizable for any meal, and perfect for any dish—hot or cold, sweet or savory. From that moment, The Bowlive Theory was born: a bowl-centric culinary experience designed for convenience, flavor, and endless possibilities.

Mudit
Co-Founder
Mudit, originally from Delhi but with global ambitions, has had an interesting journey. After completing his studies in Mass Communication and Public Relations at MDIS Singapore, he returned to India and launched Cafe Timm's amid the scenic beauty of Goa. His passion for baking ushered in the Pan on Pan Baking Co. in Delhi, enchanting the city with its baked wonders.
As destiny would have it, Mudit, sought higher culinary wisdom at University College Birmingham. Local eateries in Birmingham became his playground, refining his skills and fortifying his understanding of the gastronomic world. Mudit, with his indomitable spirit, innovative vision, and commitment to culinary excellence, transformed into not just a chef but a culinary entrepreneur.
Karan
Co-Founder
Karan, a native of Delhi, always possessed an undeniable fervor for the culinary arts. His culinary journey began at the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management (DIHM), from where he emerged with flying colors. The kitchens of Sheraton, New Delhi, were the first to witness his prowess.
His pursuit of advanced culinary expertise led him to the UK, where he attended the prestigious University College Birmingham for a degree in Culinary Arts Management. While in the UK, he honed his skills and expanded his culinary perspective, preparing him for the challenges
and opportunities that lay ahead.
